The Close of 2007

It's hard to believe this year is already almost over! It amazing how time flies by. This next year is going to be a critical year for our nation and it will bring about much change. I had the wonderful opportunity to meet and talk with candidate Mike Huckabee a few months ago and it was a great chance to finalize my decision for my presidential candidate choice. I encourage all to take any opportunity to meet Mike and to do their research on the candidates- because who we choose as a nation is going to set the course of this nation. I of course will not choose any candidate who will not stand up and defend children and women against abortion. It's more than a matter of just being "pro-life" we need someone who has and will continue to actively protect women and children (and men for that matter). It's something for us all to be greatly concerned about and taking the matter to prayer fervently.

Bella The Movie

Bella is a MUST SEE!
We went to see Bella last night and the movie is absolutely incredible. Everyone should see this movie. What a wonderful story! We all need to get out to see this, for the fact that it is good but to also support the movie- we all need better movies to see- what a great message to send to Hollywood. This is an excellent message of life and what life is...Bella (beautiful). This is one of my favorites.

A New Kind of Warrior

WOW!! We had an incredible time. All of our "live" worship took place on Friday and Saturday morning and the cd's were all played on Thursday. It was such an incredible encounter with the presence of God. People were moved greatly and every worship team that participated was wonderful and blessed in the process. Many people came throughout the weekend and many stayed and returned more than they had planned. We are going to have another next year. What an expereince to be in that presence and come to truly understand that God is such a good God and He can do anything- how quickly we forget that and come in prayer with such anxiety and hasteness. When you read the story of Esther and she told the king of what had happened and what Haman did- the king left the room and she waited for his "presence" to return before she did anything. Just wait on God's presence and He always gives us the answer. Always with a heart of worship- Esther was a different kind of warrior in those days...maybe there is something to that.

"Never let your intercession outweigh your worship."

The College Market

Absolutely amazing. I just came back from a campus outreach in Syracuse NY. The conference was "Out of Darkness" put on by Basic Lives (visit http://www.basiclives.com/). It was an amazing time and a great way to officially kick off (not just in NY) Campus Outcry. Campus Outcry is an outreach to high school and college campuses across the United States and abroad to spread the message that "abortion hurts." We share our testimonies, educate and help students get into recovery programs. It's been an amazing journey these past few weeks- I haven't been able to post much since before the Esther Siege. I am very excited as are many- as a valuable resource is being made available to high school and college campuses across the globe. The truth, recovery and the ending of abortion (whether through law or the hearts of people.)

Washington DC & Esther

FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS...
I have just returned from Washington DC and the FRC Washington Briefing. What an amazing trip. We were invited to the White House to share our testimonies of how abortion has hurt us. It was an amazing time and so appointed by God. We were able to share with these representatives from each office (President, VP, First Lady, Justice Dept, and Domestic Policy Counsel.) I made the point to go and visit the Lincoln Memorial and the WW2 Memorial- these are must sees. Absolutely amazing! It was a great trip and we are looking forward to returning. I was also honored to be on the Drew Mariani radio show- Relevant Radio. It was a great trip! The connections that were made were excellent - I had the opportunity to meet and talk with Mike Huckabee (running for president) - great man who understands that our children AND our women need to be protected from abortion. Now I am home and focusing solely on the Esther Siege and Operation Outcry brunch which is all this upcoming weekend!

Esther Siege 2007
A Modern Day Banquet
October 25-27, 2007
48 Hours of Non-Stop Praise and Worship
that leads to the prayer and petition for the end of abortion and the lives of generations to come.

*We are the Esther's of our generation- we have been called to go before our King and honor Him for no other reason than because of who He is. Then to bring our desire before Him- to save not just one generation but those to come. Based on Esther 5. We are so excited to see what God has planned for this worship event- or as I like to affectionately call it- "a modern day banquet."

The event is being held in Brentwood, NH. For more information visit www.gracemi.org/events

Republican Debate

I had the privilege to sit and watch the NH Republican debate held at UNH last Wednesday. First was a reception and then we walked over to the Whittemore Center and found our seats. It was certainly an interesting time as there are several candidates who are scary and people support them. By scary I mean they have some scary points of views, ideas, and philosophies. I happen to know whom I will be voting for and now I have a second choice, but will the public and Christian community as a whole come out to vote and vote their values and not what they think is "electable." I happen to dislike this term as people are "electable" because we elect them and nothing else. I have talked with people who are concerned they will be throwing away votes...take this into consideration we go to heaven someday and stand before God, and when he asks us to give an account of our lives- we can always say, "I didn't want to throw the vote away so I voted for someone with less principles and virtue." I think not. I happen to be a one issue voter- is the candidate pro-life - because a society that wipes out entire generations is well, no good can come from that. www.operationoutcry.org

Texas

My trip to Texas was amazing and a bit refreshing! It was great to spend time with my friends of Operation Outcry (operationoutcry.org) and get some work done also. Of course I didn't take pictures - but I didn't do any site seeing this time- I've seen the Alamo several times and of course the Riverwalk- but who could get sick of going to the Riverwalk. We taped 5 episodes or so of Faces of Abortion, a show on the effects of abortion on women (personal testimonies, etc.) and I was able to meet Norma McCorvery (the former Roe of Roe vs. Wade) who has devoted her life to overturning abortion since coming to the realization that abortion is devastating. Anyway it was a great week, I love Texas- it's a great place to be (besides home of course). Back to work!

Esther 5

Esther replied, "My petition and my request is this: If the king regards me with favor and if it pleases the king to grant my petition and fulfill my request, let the king and Haman come tomorrow to the banquet I will prepare for them. Then I will answer the king's question." Esther 5:7-8
